《中国口腔颌面外科杂志》（双月刊）是由卫生部主管，中华口腔医学会主办、中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会承办的权威性专业学术期刊，CN 11-4980/R，ISSN 1672-3244。杂志现为化学文摘（CA）源期刊，中国科技核心期刊（统计源期刊），2007年被美国EBSCO数据库全文收录。辟有临床及基础研究论著、综述、讲座、学术争鸣、临床总结、短篇报道等栏目，及时报道和反映我国口腔颌面外科领域的新成果、新经验、新理论、新知识，开展国际学术交流，开辟继续教育园地，以繁荣和发展我国的口腔颌面外科学事业。本刊欢迎口腔颌面外科及相关专业的基础与临床研究原著（包括临床总结和病例报道等），综述为约稿，不接受自由来稿；也欢迎海外学者投寄高质量的英文原著、讲座、学术争鸣等稿件。来稿收到后，将由2～3位同行评委独立审稿，审稿周期一般为1～3个月，发表周期一般为3～9个月。根据有关规定，论文发表时，将按论文类型、是否有彩图等收取500～1500元不等的版面费。版面费一律直接从邮局汇至本刊编辑部（请勿汇给个人，以免丢失）。收款后即寄回正式发票，以供报销。版面费从作者课题或单位科研经费中支出，确有困难者，将予以适当减免。
来稿请严格按照稿约撰写，邮寄打印稿2份，附单位介绍信和100元审稿费。对不符合要求的稿件，初审后将退稿或重写后再投。在线投稿和在线审稿目前正在试用中。
China Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (CJOMS)(ISSN 1672-3244), founded on 8 November 2002, is an official journal of Chinese Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, being designed to present the latest basic scientific and clinical findings of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in China. It is published biomonthly by Editorial Board of China Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Professor QIU Wei-liu (DDS, MD, FICD), the first and the only Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineers in the field of Stomatology to date, acts as the Editor-in-Chief of the journal. The Editorial Board of the journal has a wide representation, including not only the best experts on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in China, but also world famous experts such as Leon A. Assael (USA), L.K Cheung (Hong Kong SAR, China), S. Feinberg (USA), Masahiko Mori (Japan), Stoelinga PJW (Netherlands), Crispian Scully CBE (UK), Walter Guralnick (USA), Kenichi Michi (Japan), N. Samman (Hong Kong SAR, China) and H. Tideman (Hong Kong SAR, China).
The journal is edited and processed according to the international criteria and provides copyrights, contents and abstracts in English. Many of the published papers in this journal are supported by grants of the National Natural Science Funds, and grants from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Public Health, etc.
This journal has been cited in Chemical Abstracts （CA） from 2003 and included in EBSCO database from 2007.
