We will always -
Treat you with courtesy and respect.
Listen to you carefully.
Explain in a way you understand.
We realize you may not be feeling well and it can be intimidating facing the possibility of an operation. May we suggest organizing your thoughts by completing the Patient History - Self Reporting form prior to arriving to the office. Make a list of your most important questions. Tell us about any testing you may have done so we can view the results together.
When you let us know about an ultrasound or CT scan the doc can have it ready to discuss with you. Bring a family member to help take notes. If you forget to ask something, don't worry. We will have another chance to talk before surgery.
We are a private office and will stand by you every step of the way. Your recovery will be followed on a daily basis assuring as smooth of a path to recovery as possible.
